Your Conservative Candidates for Diss & Roydon
You live in the Diss & Roydon Ward which comprises 8500 electors and is represented by three Councillors on South Norfolk Council
All across South Norfolk forty six Conservative community champions are standing in this election, each dedicated to solving local problems and growing a stronger economy and creating better lives for local people one family at a time, one street at a time and one place at a time. Here in Diss & Roydon Ward our three local Conservative candidates hope that you will support them on polling day.
About Keith
Keith has lived in Diss for over 20 years and his children attended local schools. He was educated at St Catharine’s College, Cambridge and at the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst.
Having spent a full career as an senior army officer he moved to Diss with his wife Sue. He is a former Mayor of Diss and has been heavily involved with the day to day matters of town life, especially the £3m Heritage Triangle improvement project.
More recently he is proud to have worked with local groups to support the number of Ukranian families that have sought shelter locally whilst their menfolk fight to defend our way of life. Keith has collected generators to be sent to family members who have stayed behind.


About Graham
Graham has lived in Diss for over 30 years. Graham sadly lost his wife this year but it has not dimmed his enthusiasm for public service. He is an experienced Councillor and has served with distinction on Diss Town Council, where was is a former Mayor
Graham is a true Community Champion with a proven commitment to hard work. During Covid he worked with Keith to collect prescriptions and deliver groceries to people shielding,
He was a long-serving non-Executive Director of Saffron Housing Trust for ten years until 2015.
During his time as Mayor he hosted the Freedom of Diss parade for the Royal Anglian Regiment, and worked to secure the future of the youth centre in Diss.
He is vice president of the Diss branch of the Royal British Legion in 2018 and has served as a Governor at schools in Diss and is regular contributor to Park Radio
About Kieran
Kieran has lived in Diss all his life and is committed to making it a wonderful and vibrant town. He currently serves on Diss Town Council as the Vice-Chair of the Executive and Planning committees.
Before becoming a town councillor, he was an active member of the Diss Youth Council, which he joined in 2017. He became its first leader and chair.
During this time Kieran was also a South Norfolk young commissioner and acted as the Chair of the South Norfolk Youth Advisory delivering important services for young people across South Norfolk.
Keiran is not afraid of hard work. He has enjoyed getting involved in a wide array of local events including everything from the Christmas light switch on to the Remembrance parade, He thinks the community spirit in Diss & Roydon is incredible and will work to ensure it continues to thrive.
